Tracking: When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Note2Self Merch is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at note2selfconsulting@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
