Return & Refund Policy

At Note2Self Merch, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the personal-use nature of our body butters, body oils, and other body-care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at note2selfconsulting@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Returns: Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers should contact us before sending a return. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds: Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used body butters, body oils, and other personal-care products cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items are also final sale.
